This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all users of the EasyLight VPN service.

1. Purpose

EasyLight VPN is designed to improve online privacy and security by providing encrypted Internet connections.

We respect our users' privacy and operate under a strict No-Logs Policy. At the same time, we expect all users to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of EasyLight VPN complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Using the Service does not exempt you from your legal obligations.

You may not use EasyLight VPN to engage in activities that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or intended to interfere with the rights of others.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • downloading, transmitting, or distributing data using BitTorrent, torrent clients, torrent trackers, or other peer-to-peer file-sharing networks (P2P);
  • distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or other malicious software;
  • conducting phishing, identity theft, or online fraud;
  • unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or accounts;
  • attempting to bypass authentication or security mechanisms without authorization;
  • launching or participating in denial-of-service (DoS or DDoS) attacks;
  • scanning or probing networks without authorization where prohibited by law;
  • operating botnets or command-and-control infrastructure;
  • sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam);
  • distributing illegal content;
  • facilitating child exploitation or abuse;

  • engaging in financial fraud or payment abuse;
  • impersonating another individual or organization for fraudulent purposes;
  • using the Service in a manner that intentionally harms EasyLight, its infrastructure, or other users.

4. Network Abuse

Users must not intentionally interfere with the stability, availability, or security of the EasyLight network.

Examples include:

  • attempts to overload VPN servers;

  • exploiting software vulnerabilities affecting the Service;
  • attempting to disrupt the operation of EasyLight infrastructure.

EasyLight strives to provide reliable service to all users.

Normal personal and business use is fully permitted.

However, we may take reasonable measures to protect the stability and security of our infrastructure where usage is clearly abusive or threatens the operation of the Service.

Any such measures will be proportionate and designed solely to maintain service availability.

6. Intellectual Property

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

EasyLight VPN may not be used to knowingly violate copyright, trademark, patent, or other applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and No-Logs Policy

EasyLight operates under a No-Logs Policy as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because we do not monitor users' browsing activity or retain logs of VPN sessions, we generally cannot investigate or verify individual online activities.

However, we reserve the right to respond to valid legal requests and to protect our infrastructure using technical and operational measures that do not require monitoring users' browsing activity.

8. Security Measures

To maintain the reliability of the Service, EasyLight may implement reasonable technical measures, including:

  • abuse prevention systems;
  • automated security protections;
  • fraud detection mechanisms;
  • infrastructure monitoring;
  • rate limiting where necessary to protect service availability.

These measures are intended solely to safeguard the Service and do not alter our No-Logs Policy.

9. Violations of this Policy

If we reasonably believe that this Policy has been materially violated, we may, where appropriate:

  • issue a warning;
  • temporarily suspend access to the Service;
  • permanently terminate an account;
  • refuse future access to the Service;
  • cooperate with competent authorities where required by applicable law.

Any action taken will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.

10. Reporting Abuse

If you believe that EasyLight VPN is being used in violation of this Policy, you may report the matter by contacting:

Please include as much relevant information as possible so that we can review your report.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, security practices, or legal requirements.
