This Refund Policy explains how refunds for EasyLight VPN subscriptions are handled.

EasyLight VPN is operated by NKSP EASYLIGHT SOFTWARE DESIGN - FZCO, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("EasyLight", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General

EasyLight offers both free and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions may be purchased through authorized third-party marketplaces or payment providers.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment method used to purchase your subscription.

2. Purchases through Google Play

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, all payments are processed by Google.

Refund requests for Google Play purchases are generally handled in accordance with Google's refund policies.

In many cases, eligible refunds can be requested directly through your Google Play account.

If Google is unable to process your request and applicable law permits, you may contact EasyLight Support for further assistance.

3. Purchases through the Apple App Store

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are billed and managed by Apple.

Refund requests must generally be submitted directly to Apple.

EasyLight does not have access to Apple's payment systems and cannot independently issue refunds for App Store purchases.

4. Purchases through our Website

If subscriptions are purchased directly from EasyLight through our website using an authorized payment provider, refund requests should be submitted to:

We review each request individually and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom and Switzerland

If you reside in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by this Refund Policy.

Where mandatory law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other consumer protection, those legal rights will prevail over this Policy.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights granted by applicable consumer protection legislation.

6. Free Trial

If EasyLight offers a free trial, users may cancel the subscription before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

Once a paid subscription period begins, refund eligibility depends on the payment platform and applicable law.

7. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform from which it was purchased.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for payments already processed unless required by applicable law.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided for:

• partial subscription periods;
• unused subscription time;
• accidental failure to cancel automatic renewal;
• dissatisfaction caused by unsupported devices or operating systems;
• Internet restrictions or third-party network conditions outside EasyLight's control;
• temporary service interruptions resulting from maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Each request may nevertheless be reviewed individually.

9. Exceptional Refunds

In limited circumstances, EasyLight may issue refunds at its sole discretion where:

• duplicate payments were processed;
• a technical billing error occurred;
• payment was processed incorrectly;
• applicable law requires a refund.

Issuing an exceptional refund does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

10. Chargebacks

If a payment is disputed through a bank or payment provider, EasyLight reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated account while the dispute is being investigated.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the Service.

11. Taxes

Where applicable, subscription prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your country and the payment platform.

Refunds of taxes are handled according to applicable law and the policies of the payment provider.

12. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, payment methods, or legal requirements.

The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
