1. About EasyLight VPN

You agree to:

Where subscriptions are purchased through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other authorized marketplaces:

• taxes may be added where required by law.

Subscription periods, pricing, and available plans may change from time to time.

Changes do not affect subscriptions already purchased.

5. Refunds

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (including Google Play or Apple App Store) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

EasyLight cannot issue refunds for purchases processed exclusively by third-party stores.

Where applicable consumer protection laws require refunds, we will comply with those laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EasyLight VPN:

• to download, transmit, or distribute data using BitTorrent, torrent clients, torrent trackers, or other peer-to-peer file-sharing networks (P2P);

• to distribute malware;
• to conduct phishing attacks;
• to perform unauthorized penetration testing;
• to launch denial-of-service attacks;
• to transmit spam;
• to infringe intellectual property rights;
• to distribute illegal content;
• to exploit children;
• to promote terrorism or violent extremism;
• to interfere with our infrastructure;
• to attempt unauthorized access to EasyLight systems.

You remain solely responsible for all activities performed through the Service.

7. Fair Use

EasyLight provides unlimited access unless otherwise specified in your subscription.

However, we reserve the right to prevent abuse that negatively impacts network stability, including:

• automated attacks;
• excessive resource consumption;
• attempts to bypass service limitations;
• activities that threaten network security.

Any actions taken will be proportionate and intended solely to protect the Service and its users.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, documentation, website content, and other materials provided by EasyLight remain the exclusive property of NKSP EASYLIGHT SOFTWARE DESIGN - FZCO or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using EasyLight VPN, you acknowledge that your personal data is processed in accordance with those policies.
